Authentic Puli Inji Recipe




Ingredients: 
Grated ginger: 1 cup
Sesame oil : 4-5 tblsp
Mustard seeds: 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida: 1/4 tsp
Tamarind extract: 1 cup
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Salt: as needed
Jaggery: 4-5 tblsp
Tamarind: 1 big lemon sized
